I've been 'taking it easy' for the past few days per my Doctor-Warden's instructions. We managed to survive a revenge-mad pack of velociraptors, the two of us, but I got hit in the head with a rock off my own blasting curse. It figures, really. I don't think the Dog Star is a lucky one.
Or maybe it is. Despite the lump on my head, John and I did a bloody fantastic job against those stubborn blighters. I offered to do something I never would have offered to do otherwise, because I quite honestly thought we were both as good as dead. It didn't come to that. John said no, and we found another way. A completely mad way, but a brilliant way in the end.
Are there ever nice ports?
